I visited the Funeral Caring USA location on E Drexel Ave in San Antonio. The staff is highly professional and courteous, making a difficult time much easier for me. The Funeral Director Sandra Morales was very organized and efficient in handling the administrative tasks, ensuring that all family wishes were met. The on-site Director Albert LaQue, at the Drexel location, handled everything with dignity and care, explaining and answering all our questions. The location has an accessible parking lot and entrance, which is a great feature. However, I noticed that the working hours could be a bit more flexible, especially on weekends when people may need support during this time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Funeral Caring USA, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
