This location is an urgent care facility that claims to provide medical services for various needs. However, the experience of visitors has been quite poor. The first issue that stands out is the long wait time. One visitor waited 45 minutes to be seen, which is unacceptable for a facility that promises quick medical attention.The staff at this location seem to be poorly trained and unprofessional. In one instance, the front desk clerk was dismissive of a worried patient's concerns, while in another case, an employee was caught using profanity on the phone and discussing women in a derogatory manner.Another visitor reported that the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, with one employee refusing to acknowledge their presence and another telling them that they couldn't wait inside despite being let in by the security guard.There seems to be a lack of compassion and human decency among the staff at this location, which is alarming for a healthcare facility. It's also surprising that the staff doesn't seem to understand the basics of communication and customer service.It's also worth noting that the working hours listed on the website don't seem to be followed, as one visitor was allowed in despite being before the listed opening time.Unfortunately, the lack of quality and professionalism at this location makes it difficult to recommend it to anyone in need of medical attention.
