The visit was wonderful. Jailine Lab was soo professional and very attentive to my needs. I did not even feel they poke that is how amazing she did her job. Dr. Najera was genuinely shows concern and compassion about my health. He’s very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The clinic is well-organized, and the staff is super nice and welcoming. Bianca was my MA and she was very thorough with obtaining all my medical history. Jailine was very helpful n with all smiles. The ladies in the front have always been very generous and courteous, and Bianca has always been very professional and caring.However, one issue is noticeable - who in their actual right mind would accept an appointment for a sprained ankle and not have boot braces in stock. Very unorganized very unprofessional. Then the the assistant PA is comfortable with just telling you whatever to move you along!! Other patients were in the office searching for answers that should have been provided to them.
