This location has an excellent reputation. Fire station is in the heart of the city, and its presence makes the community feel safer. The staff is very welcoming and patient with visitors, making the experience enjoyable for people of all ages. Visitors were very happy with the educational tours and information provided by the firefighters. The department shows appreciation for the community and is always willing to lend a helping hand. One thing to note is the overall neatness and maintenance of the property is a bit lacking, and the parking lot could use some additional maintenance as well. It is a bit too far from downtown Helotes but serves the purpose. Great job on serving the community.
