This place has a lot of issues, but it's not all bad. I've been a patient here for years, and while I've had some good experiences, the staff is often rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff seems to be the worst part of the office, always making you wait and being dismissive when you ask questions. It's like they're not even interested in helping you. I've had to wait over an hour for appointments, and even when I've tried to schedule appointments, they've had trouble getting me in at a time that works for me. The doctors, on the other hand, are generally nice and seem to care about their patients. I've had some good conversations with them, and they've been willing to listen to my concerns. However, I've also had some issues with communication - it's not uncommon for them to not return phone calls or messages in a timely manner. As for innovativeness, I think this place could use a bit of a refresh. They seem stuck in their old ways, and it shows. The office could use a bit of a facelift, and some of the technology they use is outdated. But overall, I think this place has some potential, and with a bit of work, it could be a great place to get care. The one major issue I have is with the billing department - they're always messing up my accounts and it takes forever to get things straightened out. It's frustrating, and I wish they'd get their act together.
