There's a lack of sensitivity, particularly when dealing with children. Bedside manners are practically non-existent, leaving a lot to be desired. Despite being wheelchair accessible, it seems like the staff is still struggling to cope with the daily demands. Sanitization practices are also a concern, making patients worry about potential health risks.Unfortunately, clients have expressed similar sentiments about the unprofessional behavior of the doctor and staff. Some feel belittled and talked down to, which is not what one expects from a medical professional.
