The building is located in the heart of Alamo Heights City and has a convenient wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy to access for people with mobility issues. The restroom is available on site, which is a nice touch. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making clients feel at ease.The working hours are quite reasonable, with extended hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. However, it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The variety of services offered by the different professionals on site is impressive, including a Psychologist and a Lawyer. The categories of services include mental health, relationship counseling, and family therapy.One thing that could be improved is the availability of services on weekends. Many people may not be able to schedule appointments during the week, so having services available on Saturdays and Sundays would be beneficial.
