I visited the Kay Jewelers location in New Braunfels, and my overall experience was positive. The quality of the products was good, with a wide selection of jewelry items available. The pricing was also reasonable, considering the quality of the products. However, there were a few instances where the customer service was not as excellent as I had expected.The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but there were a few instances where they seemed overwhelmed or not fully attentive. One instance that stood out was when I had to wait for a long time to get my ring sized, and the staff seemed to be in a rush to get me out of the store.Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this location to others. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, and the selection of products is excellent. The store is also well-maintained and clean, which is a plus.One area for improvement is the customer service during peak hours. It would be beneficial for the staff to have more support during these times to ensure that customers receive the attention they need.I would give this location 4.3 out of 5 stars overall. The only issue I have is the customer service during peak hours, but overall, it's a great place to shop for jewelry.
