This place has been a good experience for my mother. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The residents seem happy and engaged, and there are plenty of activities to choose from. However, I did notice that one of the staff members seemed a bit gruff and unfriendly, but that was just a one-time incident. Overall, I would recommend Landon Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment for their loved one. One thing to be aware of is that the weekend staff seems to be less attentive and less responsive to resident needs. On a Sunday, I visited my mother and was unable to get any help from the receptionist, who seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. This was disappointing, but I hope it was just a one-time incident.The only other issue I have is with the lack of transparency and communication from the facility. When I asked about my mother's medication, I was told that it was all handled by the facility's medical staff, but I was not given any information about what medications she was taking or why. This lack of transparency made me feel uncomfortable and worried about my mother's health.Overall, I would give Landon Ridge 4.5 stars out of 5. The good far outweighs the bad, and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment for their loved one.
