I have a mixed experience at Lirio Apartments. The building and amenities are well-maintained, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the community events are a nice touch. However, I've had some issues with maintenance, particularly with the responsiveness to requests and the quality of work done. The prices are a bit steep, but I understand that it's a luxury apartment complex. One major issue that I've experienced is the problem with the termite infestation in my apartment, which was not addressed promptly by the management. Despite their efforts to resolve the issue, it took a long time, and I was forced to take matters into my own hands to get it resolved. Overall, I would give Lirio Apartments 3.9 out of 5 stars. While they have some great qualities, they need to work on their maintenance and responsiveness to resident concerns.
