I was quite impressed with the overall quality of care provided at this ER. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable and attentive, which made me feel at ease during my visit. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with a modern and comfortable waiting area.The doctors and nurses were all very skilled and professional, and they took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They were also very kind and compassionate, which was reassuring during a stressful time.One of the things that stood out to me was the efficiency of the ER. We were seen quickly, and the staff worked together seamlessly to get us the care we needed. The virtual registration process was also a nice touch, as it made the process smoother and less cluttered.However, I do have one issue with the pricing. The facility fee was quite high, and it felt like it added a lot to the overall cost of the visit. I understand that these fees are standard, but it would be nice if they were more transparent about the costs upfront.Overall, I would definitely recommend this ER to others. The staff was excellent, the facility was clean and modern, and the care was top-notch. Just be prepared for the high facility fee.
