I recently visited this hospital in San Antonio City and was impressed with the overall experience. The quality of care was good, but not exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt that they could have been more attentive to some of my needs. The hospital has a great restroom facility, which is always a plus. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance were convenient for visitors with mobility issues. I was surprised to see that the hospital has a partnership with NASA Methodist San Antonio, which suggests a commitment to innovative healthcare practices. One area that could use improvement is the availability of certain medical specialists. It took a while to get an appointment with a specialist, and I had to wait for a significant amount of time to see them.
