I am quite impressed with the amenities and services offered by OakRidge Apartment Homes. The staff, particularly Paula and Jesus, have been very helpful and understanding. The complex is clean and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The pool and outdoor space are well-maintained, and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. However, there have been some issues with hot water and plumbing, which were not addressed promptly. Additionally, some residents have reported problems with roaches and pests. Overall, it seems like a nice place to live, but with some room for improvement.
