I walked into this Farmers Insurance location and was impressed by the convenient location. The office is situated in a wheelchair-accessible building, making it easy for everyone to access. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly staff member, and the lobby was clean and organized. The team, led by Olivia Casanova, was very helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. They were also very accommodating, working with me remotely to finalize my policy. I was pleased with the competitive pricing and the wide range of options available. One minor thing I noticed was that the office hours are the same every day, with no flexibility to accommodate special requests. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this location to others. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness were truly impressive, and I appreciated their patience and understanding throughout the process.
