I had the opportunity to visit the Principle Collision Center, located at Building 15507, I-10 Street, San Antonio City. The first impression was good, the facility looked modern and well-maintained. However, the experience was somewhat inconsistent. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, especially Arturo and Micki, who went above and beyond to assist with the repair process. They were responsive to my questions and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. However, there were some issues with the repair itself. The repair took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Additionally, there were some quality control issues, which were not addressed promptly. The pricing was reasonable, and I was happy with the cost of the repairs. However, the experience could have been improved with better communication and a more efficient repair process.Overall, I would give the Principle Collision Center 4.2 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly, but the repair process was slow and had some quality control issues. I would recommend this location to others, but with some caveats. There is one issue that stands out: the repair process was slow and had some quality control issues. This is something that the center needs to work on to improve the overall customer experience.
