This place is a gem! I've been to many physical therapy centers before, but Pyramid Physical Therapy & Pilates stands out from the rest. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and caring, and the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you understand what's going on, which is so important when you're dealing with physical therapy. The facilities are modern and clean, and the equipment is top-notch. I've had the pleasure of working with several of the therapists, and each one has been fantastic. They're all highly skilled and experienced, and they really take the time to listen to your concerns and tailor their approach to your specific needs. I've been going to Pyramid Physical Therapy & Pilates for a few months now, and I can already see a significant improvement in my mobility and strength. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy or Pilates. One thing to note is that the scheduling can be a bit tricky, and you may need to book appointments well in advance.
