I visited this hospital location at Building 4611, Centerview Dr Drive, San Antonio City, and was generally satisfied with the experience. The parking lot is easily accessible and suitable for people with wheelchairs. Entering the hospital is also wheelchair accessible, which is a definite plus. The hours of operation, from 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon, Monday through Friday, were convenient for my schedule. Unfortunately, I had to wait a bit for my appointment, which could have been managed more efficiently. Despite this, the overall quality of care provided by the medical staff, including Rachel Pacholski, PA-C, was high. The services were professional, and I felt well taken care of. However, the fees were quite high, which might be a concern for some patients. The hospital appears to be making an effort to innovate and improve its services, but I didn't get a chance to fully explore these aspects. Overall, this is a good hospital, but some areas for improvement exist.
