They care about the well-being of their patients and strive to make them feel comfortable. The diverse range of services caters to the needs of various individuals. One of the best things about the facility is the welcoming environment created for people from the LGBTQ+ community. It provides a safe space for them to express themselves and feel accepted. The location is easily accessible and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance. However, there have been some incidents of unprofessional behavior from the staff. In one case, a staff member ridiculed a client for their medication concerns, which could be considered uncompassionate. Additionally, there was an incident where a client was kicked out for being honest about relapsing, which may suggest a lack of understanding and empathy towards clients struggling with addiction.
