I had a mixed experience at Red McCombs Toyota Service Center. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Erica Howard, who made sure to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. However, I was disappointed with the lengthy wait time, even with an appointment. It took over 3 hours to complete a routine maintenance service, which was not what I expected. On the other hand, the staff was helpful in explaining the services and providing a video inspection of the work done. The service center seems to be trying to improve, but it's not yet on par with other Toyota dealerships I've visited. One issue I encountered was the long wait time, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
