The staff is very friendly and professional, always greeting patients with a smile. Dr. Brodrick is a skilled and knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to explain everything to his patients. He is also very compassionate and understanding, making patients feel at ease. While some patients may have to wait a bit for their appointments, it's worth it for the excellent care they receive. Some patients have reported having to deal with long wait times, but most agree that it's a small price to pay for the top-notch care provided by Dr. Brodrick and his team. The office is well-organized and efficient, with a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, patients are extremely satisfied with the care they receive at this location. Unfortunately, one patient experienced a lack of empathy from Dr. Brodrick during a visit, which was a major concern for them.
