I have been living at Rio Springs Apartments for a while now, and I must say that it's been a mixed experience. The staff, particularly Cheyenne, Crista, and the leasing team, have been very helpful and welcoming. They have always been available to answer my questions and address any concerns I may have had. However, the maintenance team has been a different story. I have had to wait for repairs to be done for an extended period, and sometimes they don't even show up to fix the issues. The maintenance portal has also been unresponsive, making it difficult for me to track the status of my work orders.One of the biggest issues I have with Rio Springs is the quality of the apartments. The units are old and outdated, and there are often issues with pests and mold. I have had to deal with roaches and ants in my apartment, and the management has been slow to address the problem. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are also not well-maintained and are often dirty.The pricing of the apartments is a bit steep, considering the quality and condition of the units. However, the location is convenient, and there are plenty of amenities nearby.The innovativeness of Rio Springs is one area where they excel. The new management has made efforts to improve the property and provide better services to residents.
