They offer a wide range of services, including food, clothing, and furniture vouchers, as well as senior services and Christmas work for the holidays. The Rapid Re-housing program helped one client get out of homelessness and into an apartment. The center has a strict set of house rules and client expectations, but it seems that those who are serious about rebuilding their lives are supported by the caring staff. However, there is one major issue that stands out - inconsistent quality of service. Some clients reported receiving excellent help, while others experienced unprofessional behavior from staff, including being talked over and treated disrespectfully. It's essential to note that this issue has been reported multiple times, suggesting a systemic problem.
