I visited this government service location and found it to be a well-organized place. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The building itself is quite impressive, with a nice parking lot that's easily accessible for people with wheelchairs. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature.The location seems to be doing a good job in serving the community, with a co-branding with San Antonio Elderly Affairs. However, I couldn't find any unique or innovative services being offered here.One issue that caught my attention was the somewhat cluttered waiting area, which could use a bit of cleaning and organization.
