Unfortunately, the experience with this civic organization was not very satisfying. The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. The location has on-site parking, making it easy to get around. However, the working hours are quite limited, only available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. There was one significant issue that arose from one client's experience, where they had a motor home parked in the parking lot that was hit by a Texas department of transportation truck in January 2023. Despite several promises of payment, the client had yet to receive any compensation in July 2023.
