I've been living at Sedona Canyon for two years, and management has always been great. Emma was amazing with helping me solve a recent issue, as a resident, it's always appreciated to be heard and seen. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff is great as well. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Daisy was very nice and respectful and an amazing person to talk to. Very professional management! This complex will continuously get better each day and make it a complex worth staying in. The grounds are kept clean, safe mail boxes without stolen mail yet, noise is kept to a minimum, and a very professional, helpful staff. Very spacious. Very quick with the application process. Alysia and Daisy were extremely helpful and we moved in day of. It's been a little over two weeks since I moved in. My experience has been great so far. The office staff was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. But after waiting a month and a half for my apartment and several phone calls from them moving my move-in date I finally tired to move in 10/11/23 there were still people working on the bathroom and had there stuff spread out were I couldn't move my bed and dresser or clothing into the closet. I finally left the apartment after not being able to move stuff in to my fathers house were I had to sleep on his couch. Another reason I did not feel comfortable moving in was the electrical plugs weren't put in properly and the breaker box was missing protection pieces to stop someone getting hurt or a fire started. The management team is dedicated to making the property better each day, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is also great, and they work hard to resolve any issues that may arise. The staff is always welcoming and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The management is very professional and responsive to any issues that may come up. The complex is always well-maintained and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some issues with the maintenance of the property, but overall, it's a great place to live.
