The lodge is part of a larger zoo experience that offers numerous perks, including access to a hospitality team that can cater to your every need, 3 hours of private access to the whole zoo, a private guided tour, and unlimited free access to all ticketed attractions.The staff at Spekboom Lodge are exceptional, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. From Evelyn, Luke, and Krystal, the hospitality team, to the friendly staff members who roam the zoo, everyone is welcoming and supportive. One area for improvement is the availability of accommodations for a family with a two-year-old. The current set-up may not be suitable for small children, and the hotel might benefit from providing a more child-friendly environment.Despite the steep price, guests have reported that it is worth every penny.
