This location is a place of great service to the community. The team seems to be very dedicated to their cause. The organization has many good features, such as wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, which makes it easy for everyone to participate. The staff, however, seems to be not always friendly, as reported by some volunteers. In fact, one volunteer mentioned that the head volunteer was very rude, which can be a major turn-off for those in need. On the other hand, the organization seems to be very good at what they do, as shown by their high rating and the positive feedback from one of the volunteers who received help quickly and efficiently. They also have a good co-branding relationship with the St. Vincent de Paul Society. It is a pity that not all volunteers are treated with respect, as it can make a big difference in how people perceive the organization. Overall, this location has a lot of potential and seems to be doing a lot of good in the community, but there are a few issues that need to be addressed.
