This location seems to be a decent choice for apartment rental, with a great location near downtown San Antonio and the San Antonio River bike path. The house is nice and recently renovated, with plenty of space for a large group. The outdoor area with a cowboy pool and shaded patio is a great addition. However, the ice maker seemed to be frozen, which was a bit of a letdown. It would be nice if the owners provided some basic amenities like ice and water. One of the main issues here is the additional charge for not washing the grill, which seems unfair, especially considering the owners charge extra for cleaning. This adds a layer of stress to the rental experience. The location is excellent, with several great restaurants within a one-mile perimeter and Confluence Park just a short walk away. The house is very nice, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, and a Casita with its own bathroom outside. However, the upstairs area can get warm, and a portable A/C is provided to help with this. Overall, it's a nice place, but the issues with the ice maker and the additional charge for not washing the grill need to be addressed.
