This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The free breakfast was a great bonus, and the hotel's location made it easy to get to nearby attractions. The only drawback was that the pool was a bit chilly, even in warm weather. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in San Antonio. One thing to note is that the housekeeping could be improved - on several occasions, we had to request additional towels and linens, and sometimes they didn't get picked up promptly.
