This store has a lot of potential, but the reality is quite disappointing. The first thing you notice when walking in is the smell of stale air and lingering odors. It's clear that the cleanliness of the store is not a priority. The employees seem to be struggling to keep up with the demand, leading to long wait times and gruff service. I've seen employees chatting on their phones, ignoring customers, and generally acting uninterested in helping. The food, however, is a highlight. I've had some decent tacos and burritos here, but it's not enough to make up for the overall poor experience.One major issue that stands out is the complete lack of attention to cleanliness. The soda machines are constantly out of order, and the floors are sticky and dirty. It's not just a matter of being a little messy - it's a systemic problem that needs to be addressed. The employees seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than in serving customers.Despite the low ratings, I've had a few decent experiences here. The employees can be friendly and helpful when they're not busy chatting or ignoring customers. The store has a decent selection of snacks and drinks, and the made-to-order food is a nice touch.However, the overall experience is just too poor to recommend this store to anyone. The cleanliness issues, poor service, and general disorganization make it a place to avoid. If the management could take steps to address these issues, this store could be a lot better.
