I have mixed feelings about my stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio at I-10. The hotel's location is convenient, and the prices are very affordable. However, the quality of the rooms and services is not up to par. I've seen many guests complaining about the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, which is disappointing. The staff is generally friendly, but they seem overwhelmed and not very efficient. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately, it's not improving. The issues I've experienced range from basic cleanliness to more serious problems like bed bugs and roaches. The hotel's management seems to be aware of these issues, but they don't seem to be doing enough to address them. It's also worth noting that the hotel's amenities are limited, and the breakfast options are not great. The pool is nice, but it's not well-maintained, and the surrounding area is not very safe.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not for the price they charge. There are much better options in the area that offer better quality and service.
