The staff, including Dr. Tori Haffner, Liz, and Mark, are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything, make adjustments as needed, and ensure patients understand their exercises and progress. The facility is also very LGBTQ+ friendly and accessible for people with disabilities. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the team communicates well with patients and their healthcare providers. Although some patients reported waiting times, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, and many patients report significant improvements in their conditions.
