I had a mixed experience living at The Abbey at Medical Center. The pricing was competitive, but the quality of the apartments and services was somewhat lacking. There were issues with pests, mold, and maintenance requests not being fulfilled in a timely manner. However, some staff members, such as Sandra and Joey, were helpful and responsive.The community seemed to be experiencing some problems, including break-ins, mail theft, and issues with the mailboxes. Some residents reported having to wait a long time for maintenance requests to be fulfilled, and others experienced difficulties with getting ahold of the office staff.On the positive side, the complex had a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff seemed to be working hard to address the issues. However, the overall experience was marred by the numerous problems that residents faced. I would not recommend The Abbey at Medical Center to someone looking for a hassle-free living experience. One notable issue was the lack of timely responses from the office staff, which made it difficult for residents to get their issues resolved. There were also reports of scams and problems with mail theft, which added to the overall frustration.It's worth noting that some staff members, such as Sandra and Joey, were helpful and responsive, which made a positive impact on the residents' experience. However, the overall quality of the complex and services was not up to par, which led to a disappointing experience for many residents.
