I visited the Wash Tub location on Culebra Rd in San Antonio, and overall, I had a decent experience. The quality of the wash and detailing was average, with some areas being done well and others being missed. The pricing was reasonable, but I felt that it was a bit high considering the quality of the service. The innovativeness of the services offered was good, with a wide range of options available.The staff were friendly and welcoming, but I noticed that they were often chatting with each other instead of focusing on the cars being washed. This led to some areas being missed, and I had to ask them to re-do certain tasks. The equipment and facilities were clean and well-maintained, but I did notice that the water was a bit warm, which can be a issue for people with sensitive skin.One of the biggest issues I had was with the interior cleaning. Despite paying for a premium service, the interior of my car was not thoroughly cleaned, and I had to point out several areas that were missed. The staff were apologetic and offered to re-do the interior cleaning, but it was a bit frustrating that it took multiple requests to get it done correctly.Despite the issues, I did appreciate the convenient location and the fact that they offer a wide range of services, including interior cleaning, detailing, and vacuuming. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they did offer to make things right when I pointed out the issues.Overall, I would give the Wash Tub location on Culebra Rd 3.4 out of 5 stars. While they have some areas for improvement, they are a decent option for people looking for a car wash and detailing service. However, I would recommend being clear about what you want and need, and don't be afraid to ask for corrections if something is not done correctly.
