I stayed at this hotel for a night and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient and the room was clean, but the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were flat. The price was reasonable, but not the best value considering the quality of the room. The hotel's innovative approach to customer service was a bit lacking, as I had to wait for a long time to check in and the staff seemed unfriendly. Overall, it was an average stay, but not one that I would recommend to others. The hotel's description on the website was misleading, as the room was not as spacious as it seemed in the photos. The hotel's policies were not clearly communicated, and I had to ask multiple times for a confirmation of my reservation. The staff seemed to be struggling to keep up with the demand, and it showed in the service they provided. However, the hotel's parking was convenient and the hotel was located near several restaurants and shops. The room had a TV and a mini-fridge, but the TV was an old model and the fridge was not working properly. Overall, I would give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. It was an average stay, but not one that I would recommend to others. The hotel needs to improve its quality of rooms, staff friendliness, and innovative approach to customer service.
