I was really impressed with the overall experience at Tru-Ortho. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and well-organized. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit long, which is a drawback. The quality of care was excellent, with Dr. Lynch being knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations. The pricing was a bit higher than I expected, but I understand that this is due to the expertise and quality of care provided. One thing that really stood out to me was the innovativeness of the practice, with Dr. Lynch being open to trying new and experimental treatments. Overall, I would highly recommend Tru-Ortho to anyone in need of orthopedic care.The main issue that I encountered was the long wait time, which can be frustrating for patients. However, the staff did apologize and explained the reason for the delay, which helped to mitigate the inconvenience.
