I visited this Cellular Sales store on Broadway in San Antonio, Texas, and had a mostly positive experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they were able to help me with my phone issue quickly and efficiently. However, there was a bit of a wait, and the store could have been cleaner. Despite this, I was pleased with the overall service and would recommend this location to others. One of the employees, DeMarco, stood out as being particularly helpful and knowledgeable, and I was impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. I would rate this store 4.5 out of 5 stars, with the only drawback being the wait time and the cleanliness of the store. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and would return to this location in the future.The prices at this store seemed to be in line with what I would expect from a Verizon authorized retailer, and I was able to find a good deal on a new phone.
