The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Lori, Natalie, and Kass. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The maintenance team is also very responsive and efficient. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, and the grounds are always well-kept. One of the only issues is with parking, as it can be difficult to find a spot, especially during peak hours. However, overall, White Rock Apartments is a great place to live.It's worth noting that one of the main issues that was highlighted in the feedback was the roach infestation in some of the units. It's clear that this is a significant problem for some residents, and it may be worth addressing in order to improve the overall quality of the apartments.
