This bank location is quite welcoming to customers, with friendly staff who make an effort to make you feel at home. You'll be greeted by the manager, Jeffrey, who seems to care about meeting new clients. Anthony, another staff member, is known for making everyone feel like part of the family. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with staff being a bit insensitive in the past, which resulted in one customer having their account closed after 30 years of loyalty. On a positive note, the bank is clean and well-maintained, with a convenient drive-through service. However, one customer was disappointed to find out that they don't offer currency exchange services. Despite this, many customers have praised the bank's staff for being helpful and friendly.
