The staff of the Alamo ENT office is very friendly and welcoming. They work efficiently to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Dr. Biediger is experienced and kind, with excellent bedside manners. He takes the time to answer questions and discuss concerns. The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for those who need it. However, one patient had a disappointing experience with scheduling and felt that the office was unprofessional. It's worth noting that this was a rare occurrence and most patients have had a great experience with Dr. Biediger and his staff. They offer excellent care and results, and are highly recommended for ENT needs. The parking lot is also wheelchair accessible, which is convenient. The restroom is wheelchair accessible as well, making it easy for those with mobility issues to get around the office. Unfortunately, one patient felt that the doctor was dismissive and didn't listen to their concerns, which is a major issue for any medical office. It's clear that Dr. Biediger and his staff are dedicated to providing great care, but there's room for improvement in terms of listening to patients' concerns.
