I visited this Circle K location on Judson Road in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The overall experience was subpar, with several issues that detracted from my visit. One of the main concerns was the quality of service, which was consistently poor throughout my interactions with the staff. Despite having a wide range of products and amenities, the store's inability to deliver basic services efficiently and effectively was a major letdown.Pricing was another area of concern, as the store's self-checkout system often malfunctioned, causing frustration and delays for customers. Additionally, the lack of clear signage and unclear instructions for using the self-checkout machines made it difficult for some customers to navigate the process. In terms of innovativeness, the store's reliance on self-checkout machines and limited human interaction was notable. While the intention behind this move may have been to streamline operations and reduce labor costs, it ultimately resulted in a less-than-ideal customer experience. One major issue that stood out was the consistently rude and unhelpful staff. Several customers, including myself, experienced poor treatment from employees who seemed disinterested in helping us. This created a hostile environment and made it difficult for us to shop at the store. The only redeeming quality of this Circle K location was its accessibility features, which made it easy for customers with disabilities to navigate the store. However, this alone was not enough to compensate for the numerous issues that plagued my visit.Overall, I would not recommend this Circle K location to anyone looking for a positive and efficient shopping experience. While the store's amenities and products are diverse, the poor quality of service and staff behavior make it a less-than-ideal choice for customers.
