The staff of the medical center is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the clinic is quite good. The center has a bathroom and the parking lot is wheelchair accessible. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible. The medical center works with co-brand Clínica La Vida Universal City and the customers can use the walk-in service. The working hours are very convenient and the doctors and nurses are very attentive and caring towards the patients. However, the problem of limited staff is noted, as a few negative reviews mentioned that the staff is not enough during some time and one customer had to wait for a long time to be seen.
