The building is well-maintained and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for everyone to access the services. The office hours are convenient, but I wish they were open on weekends. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions patiently. They have a partnership with Comal County Emergency Management, which shows their commitment to the community. Unfortunately, the office has limited seating, which can be a problem when there are a lot of visitors. Overall, it's a great resource for public safety information and services.
