I visited this apartment complex and had mixed feelings. The staff was friendly, especially the office manager, Ms. Rosy, who was very welcoming and helpful. However, I encountered some issues with maintenance, including a lack of responsiveness and a threat from a maintenance worker. The complex itself has a lot of potential, with a quiet and safe environment, but it needs significant improvements to address pest control issues, including bed bugs and roaches, and to fix broken appliances. The rent is reasonable, but the management's priorities seem to be unclear, as they are more focused on making changes to the pool area rather than addressing the residents' needs. Overall, I would not recommend this complex to anyone who values cleanliness and reliability. The parking lots have a strong smell of urine, and the pool area is in disrepair. The management's communication with residents is also a concern, as they often don't send notifications about issues like water outages. Despite the issues, the complex is in a good location, and the staff is friendly. However, the problems with pest control and maintenance are significant, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who is particular about cleanliness and reliability.
