I had a very good experience with Hardy Oak Family Dentistry. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and modern, with a comfortable waiting area. The dentist and hygienist are very professional and take the time to explain everything they are doing. I felt very comfortable during my visit and would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. The only issue I had was that my dentist broke my permanent retainer during a cleaning, which I was not happy about. This was a disappointing experience, but the dentist did offer to replace it with a plastic one, which I appreciated. Overall, I would give this dentist 5 stars, but with the caveat that you should be careful when having your retainer cleaned. The office is open on most weekdays and has extended hours on some days, making it convenient to schedule appointments. They also offer a variety of services, including teeth whitening, emergency care, and cosmetic dentistry. I was impressed with the level of care I received and would definitely go back to this dentist.
