I was impressed with the quality of care provided by Dr. Gonzalez and her team. Each of the parents I saw mentioned that their children felt comfortable and at ease with the doctor, which is a testament to her bedside manner. Dr. Gonzalez seems to take the time to explain things to her patients and their parents in a way that's easy to understand, which is a great asset for any doctor. The office staff is also very competent and kind, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a nice feature for families with mobility needs. The hours of operation are convenient, with the office open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. One issue I would like to see improved is the lack of Saturday hours. It would be great if the office could be open on one or both Saturday mornings to accommodate families who have busy weekday schedules.The amenities are simple but sufficient, with a restroom available for patients and their families. The phone number and web link are easily accessible, making it simple to get in touch with the office or make an appointment.Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and her team to any family looking for a pediatrician in the San Antonio area.
