This emergency care location seems to have some good qualities. The staff is wheelchair accessible, which is convenient for people with mobility issues. The restroom, parking lot, and entrance are all designed with accessibility in mind. However, the service received by one client was subpar. They came in seeking a return to work after a mild accident, but the medical staff would not order a CT scan required for the clearance. The client was sent to an emergency room instead, which seems unnecessary. The office manager was also uncooperative and would not come out to discuss the issue. This lack of help and unwillingness to work with the client is a significant issue.
