This is in addition to your Government Fee (paid directly to the U.S. Department of State). Our company fee is paid online when you order your passport with us. Your government fee is paid with a money order or cashier’s check. Step 3 – FedEx Your documents to our Office*** ***Important!! If you are a first time passport applicant (or require a DS11), you will have to do an person appointment to verify your ID and sign in front of an agent. At this appointment, your agent will give you back all your documents in a taped/sealed envelope. This is what you ship to us for step 3. All passports are processed in our main office and once finished, your passport and original documents will be shipped back to you via FedEx.
