I recently had the opportunity to visit Pup Pup & Away, a pet care facility located in San Antonio, Texas. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I could tell that they genuinely cared about the well-being of the animals in their care.The facility offers a range of services, including dog training, daycare, and boarding. I was particularly impressed by the training programs, which seem to be tailored to the individual needs of each dog. The trainers use positive reinforcement techniques and are clearly passionate about helping dogs and their owners build strong relationships.One of the standout features of Pup Pup & Away is the daily report cards that are sent to owners after each visit. These reports include photos, videos, and notes from the trainers, which provides owners with a detailed understanding of their dog's behavior and progress. This level of communication is truly exceptional and sets Pup Pup & Away apart from other pet care facilities.However, I did notice that the parking area was a bit tight, which may be a challenge for some visitors. Nevertheless, this is a minor issue compared to the many strengths of the facility.Overall, I would highly recommend Pup Pup & Away to anyone looking for a reputable and caring pet care facility. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the services are top-notch, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. While there may be some minor issues to work out, I have no doubt that Pup Pup & Away will continue to be a leader in the pet care industry.One potential issue that I noticed during my visit was a lack of transparency regarding a recent incident involving one of the dogs in their care. A client reported that their dog had been injured during daycare, and while the staff seemed to be apologetic, I felt that they could have been more forthcoming with information about what had happened. This lack of transparency may be a concern for some owners, and I would recommend that the facility work to address this issue in the future.
