I visited the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel in San Antonio, and my experience was somewhat mixed. The hotel's location near the Riverwalk was excellent, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. However, the rooms and facilities were in need of updating, and I encountered some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The pricing was reasonable, but I felt that it was not entirely clear what was included in the cost.The hotel's website and online descriptions highlighted the amenities and services available, but some of these were not provided or were not as advertised. For example, the heated pool was not working during my stay, and the valet parking service was more expensive than I had anticipated.
